TERROIR: THE  ISRAELI  PARADOX

Like the country itself, the Israeli terroir is a beautiful paradox—where arid deserts meet snow-capped mountains. Behind every vine lies thousands of years of history, tended by the people who continue to write the nation's story.

We work exclusively with boutique growers who respect the cycles of the sun and the scarcity of water.
